Mr. Fred D. Marsh was born in Pritchet,
Texas on November 28, 1939
and graduate from
Gladewater
High School. Fred
feverishly went on to the
University
of Houston
for his Bachelor’s in Political Science,
which he accomplished in 1967. He
graduated from Bates College of Law,
University
of Houston,
in 1970, where he immersed himself in
the Moot Courts and his fraternity, Phi
Alpha Delta.
Fred went into private practice in Houston for two years with Charles J. Brink, and then went
on to
Corpus Christi
for the City Attorney’s Office.
He has worked as an Assistant
District Attorney for both
Hidalgo
County, for nineteen months, and Denton
County, from
May 1975 to March 1987. Fred has also
worked as a Chief Prosecutor
in
the Valley.
Since that time, Fred currently resides in
Denton,
permanently involved in private
practice. He completed his Texas Board
of Legal Specialization Certification in
1998 and is a dynamic member of many
organizations including:
